Well not quite.... to make phpdev small enough to be reasonable I had to trim the fat as it were, so if there was anything missing that you needed that you would expect to find in a php installation then it should be here.

Note :: the PHP dll's and extensions are compiled against php4.2.3 so dont expect them to work with phpdev4 you need phpdev423 (or any php 4.23 win binary installation) ... PEAR should work on any >= 4.1 version
